Enrollment Materials –
We will prepare plan literature including announcement
letters to all of your employees, enrollment
booklets, enrollment/election forms, and worksheets.
A series of communication materials will be prepared
for enrollment meetings. These all-inclusive
booklets give employees access to their benefit
design plans, outlines and information. We
organize it in a manner that is easily understood,
and can even include a perforated enrollment
form at the back of the booklet.
Ongoing
Communication –
Periodic announcements and updates keep you and
your employees current on changes in the benefits
industry, new regulations, and any issues that
may affect your benefit plans.
FSA
Balance Notification –
For the Reimbursement
accounts, we notify your employees of account balance
as claims are processed. Employees will also be
notified of account balances in the last quarter
of the plan year and reminded of forfeiture provisions
so that they can use all of their flex dollars.
